V12 Design Space was born as a division of V12 Design studio, an integrated creative consulting firm: product design, UX & UI design, graphic communication, service design and Design Thinking consulting are the result of its team's work and the tool with which its clients, Italian and international companies, base their success.
Our founder Valerio Cometti was a speaker at the sixth edition of TEDxBergamo, presenting a TED-Talk on the topic of Space Economy and revealing to the audience how many things we could not do today without the exploration of the universe.

A concrete experience in the space economy, founded on international relationships linked to the local scene and created to support start-ups in the space sector through technical expertise, resources, funding, networking and technologies.
Marco Generali, a partner in V12 Design, is a member of ECSECO European Centre for Space Economy and Commerce of the European Space Agency (ESA), whose goals are to realize an interdisciplinary network of experts, contribute to research and generate a positive impact on the space economy.
V12 Design Space is a partner in the AIR consortium, Regional Aerospace Innovation and Research Network. As designers, we wish to contribute to the continuous improvement of orbital, lunar, and Martian living modules, as well as the ergonomics of products used by astronauts, the development of increasingly usable interfaces, and the design of space experiences and space travel.
V12 Design Space participated in the International Astronautical Congress in 2021 in Dubai and 2024 in Milan with two papers, "The Human Factors of Your Car and Video Games are Designing New Space Missions" and "The Non-Space Sector Opportunities for a Sustainable New Spaceeconomy."
